Certified Sustainable Green Printer
Sustainable Green Printing (SGP) Partnership
The Sustainable Green Printing Partnership encourages and promotes participation in the worldwide movement to reduce environmental impact and increase social responsibility of the print and graphic communications industry through sustainable green printing practices. Printers can be listed as a certified SGP Printer by meeting a set of criteria to establish performance standards.

CONEG Limits for Packaging
CONEG (the Coalition of Northeastern Governors) has set a limit of no more than 100 parts per million total for lead, mercury, cadmium and hexavalent chromium in packaging or packaging materials. Nineteen states have adopted the CONEG limits.
